Throughout her career, Ms. Holt has specialized in helping clients heal from traumatic experiences, rebuild healthier relationships, and create meaningful life changes. Her compassionate, client-centered approach fosters a safe environment for growth, resilience, and empowerment.
Ms. Holt also has extensive experience supporting clients navigating concerns around sexual behaviour, including problematic pornography use, and provides counseling for spouses affected by their partner’s actions. To best serve her clients, Ms. Holt uses an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), person-centered therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. Her commitment to ongoing professional development ensures she stays at the forefront of effective, evidence-based practices.
