Luke, a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience, offers dedicated support for individuals seeking help with mental health challenges, substance use concerns, relationship difficulties, male fertility issues and compulsive sexual behaviours or atypical sexual interests. Additionally, Luke provides therapeutic services for individuals facing anger management issues, personality, anxiety and mood disorders. Understanding that discussions around sex, addictions, relationships, and mental health can feel daunting and vulnerable, Luke is committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate therapeutic environment. Luke’s also conducts risk assessments for individuals navigating legal challenges related to sexual offences.
Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), Luke tailors his approach to meet each client’s unique needs. His focus is not only on addressing immediate concerns but also on empowering clients to develop long-term coping strategies and self-awareness.
