Ms. Montana Vascotto

MA, CCC, RP
Registered Psychotherapist

Many clients come to therapy feeling caught in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or disconnection — both within themselves and their relationships. They often feel like they “should” be coping better, and when they don’t, they judge themselves or feel frustrated by their own reactions. It can feel like no matter how hard they try; they can’t quiet the overthinking or break out of patterns that keep them stuck.

I provide a warm, collaborative space where individuals and couples can better understand their thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns. Rather than focusing on judgment, we approach what’s happening with curiosity — making sense of experiences, finding new understanding, and developing compassion for the self and each other. My approach integrates different therapeutic approaches that aim to help clients find new meaning, strengthen communication, and build practical tools to manage life’s challenges with greater ease.

I provide therapy using a range of trauma-informed and strength-based including, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-based, Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Therapy – all integrated through a compassionate, collaborative, and practical approach.

Through this process, my hope is for clients to experience greater balance, confidence, and connection — feeling more grounded in themselves and more secure in their relationships.

On a Personal Note

I love capturing sonder moments — those small, beautiful glimpses of connection that remind us how human we all are.
